REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund/return possibility. This means all sales are final; they are re-deposited into covering the overall server cost and maintenance. Ultimately, all income will be reinvested into improving user experience. If you receive any kind of ban/blacklist from Resolve Roleplay, we are still unable to offer you a refund. This is because by playing our server, you automatically agree to follow our rules and consent to accept the punishments handed to you by our support team. You also agree to our no-refund policy automatically by purchasing any of our packages. The only person who can approve a refund is the Server Owner. Openings of chargebacks/financial claims against our server will lead to permanent blacklist from Resolve Roleplay without the possibility of an appeal. This policy is viable to changes at any time without previous notice.
